Sh e doesn't want to get up.....she has a little poop come out every hour or so, should we take her to emergency vet?

Has your dog had ALL of it's vaccinations? If not, this could be a sign of Parvovirus which is deadly in dogs. Run, do not walk, your dog to the Vet immediately. Whenever a dog stops eating and drinking and has diaheria....dehydration alone could kill it. Get moving....get it to the Vet NOW. Best Wishes, Janiah P.S. You really need to get her to the vets immiediately especially the small dogs dehydrate very quickly.
it's very hard to say waaht can gbe wrong but when they get lethargic it's not a good sign.I definately wouldn't wait it might be to late.
I hope and pray that everythign is ok.

Stop wasting time on the computer asking unqualified persons who have not seen your dog, let alone examined her. You know she needs to go to the vet. So go!

TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY VET!! SHE IS A SMALL DOG, AND CAN GET DEHYDRATED QUICKLY!!! GO, LIKE THE WIND!!!

what you have described sounds like Parvo, a deadly disease in dogs, get her to vet NOW if you want her to live

I HAD A CHIHUAHUA THAT HAD THESE SAME SYMPTOMS AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE PARVO WE CAUGHT IT TO LATE AND SHE DIED DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU U WILL NEVER FORGET IT HURRY AND TAKE HER TO A VET BEFORE ITS TO LATE I GIVE YOU BEST WISHES AND I WILL PRAY FOR YOU.

I would if she's having diarrhea that often. She could easily become dehydrated.
