Actually this is a true statement...see I Corinthians chapther 11. Paul discusses public prayer and worship. It is dishonorable for a woman to worship without covering her head.

A long time ago somebody post a question like this one and somebody copy the text of the bible who says that...in fact women used to do that even in the 1940's but for political and fashion reasons they stop doing it...nowadays most of christian dont know the bible that well...and who knows what bible they read..u know its been modified so many times...
