Milk!

Milk will help soothe the effects of capsicum (the oil in hot peppers).

Hold a cup of milk to your lips as though you would sip it, but keep you mouth closed. this should help!

Try vinegar, lemon or lime juice, Coke -- anything that is sour. Capsaicin (sp?), the thing that makes pepper hot, can be neutralized by acid.
