You could go either way, depending on accessories. Add an accessory color [ not a pastel ] for chairs, pillows, in pictures or posters, etc.
Examples:
1] navy armchairs, navy/light blue/white striped or paisley pillows for sofa and chairs, white lampshades, steel candlesticks with navy candles.
2] light blue armchairs, lt. blue and leaf green flowered pillows for sofa and chairs, white ceramic candlesticks with
lt. blue or green candles.
Add picture frames all of same material and color [ oak or walnut, brass or pewter, white or black enamel, etc.]
so you can rearrange them .

Unisex. It could be cute and chill for a girl, and contemporary and chill for a guy. I think it could go either way

For a baby, it can be uni, but it sounds kind of like a girl thing. darker blues could make it manly if you want.
