That depends from man to man.
All I can tell you for sure is to sleep as less as you can. It does 2X ''damage'' to your weight while draining power/working/exercising . The exhaustion will make you skinnier that's FOR SURE!!! how much? I don't know.
When I'm very tired, I always lose weight.
P.S. Your partner likes you as you are, so stay as you are.
That is my friendly advice. You are not the first nor the last one that has weight problems.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THE WEIGHT !!!

Eat high protien, low calorie, low carb foods, drink lots of water, eliminate your salt intake as much as possible, and exercise moderately for at least an hour a day. Do.Not.Fast. Your fiance will not be happy if you end up in the hospital for dehydration related problems on your wedding day. You could lower your potassium level enough to put you into a coma, literally....your plan can cause heart failure in an otherwise healthyperson.
Enjoy your day! In 10 years, heck, probably less than that, you won't remember this little stressor. And if you do, there's more wrong with you than a "need" to lose 10 pounds.

I think you would fare much better if you cut all salt out of your diet and relax in a sauna. Getting married is damned hard work and you will need your energy so eat healthy and no salt, sugar, alcohol or sodas. Getting rid of water weight will make a big difference.

Do you intend to leave your groom standing at the altar because you're too busy fighting for your life in the hospital on your wedding day? You have some good answers here already. I hope you heed their advice.
Oh - and congratulations on your wedding. :-)

It won't matter how much you lose - you'll be in a coma.
