I understand your wanting to take the baby up to meet her grandmother, but are you really feeling well enough to spend 3 days driving 2 weeks after giving birth?

Sure, the baby can handle it, I'm not sure it's a great idea for the mom.

does she have all her shots? why doesn't your family come to FL? it would be better for you and the kids. wait, you are 17 and already have a 3 yr old? now a baby? go live with your family. you'll need it. where are the kids' fathers?

17yrs old with a 3yr old and a newborn...wow.

Stay home! Your child is at it's most vulnerable state and does not need to be out in the world collecting all the germs it has to offer.

I know it's none of my business but daddy should be staying home with you and helping out as much as possible.

I would go. Just make sure that you have someone with you to help take care of both your kids.

I would ask your dr. It seems a little far for me.
