heavy cream, alittle salt and mix on high til you have butter, do it all the time, make sure you squeeze any liquid left in butter. hope this helps.

Shake what your mama gave ya. You got butter. No mixer needed. You can add salt if you like.

If you whip cream too long you make butter. Add a little salt to the cream and beat until it has the consistency you want.
