I looked HIGH and lo so here you go...
Green Salsa with Cilantro
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 chili pepper your preference
1 cup water less is optional
8 garlic cloves
2 bunches of Cilantro remove stems
2 squeezes of fresh lime
1 dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

Boil tomatoes and chili pepper in water until tomatoes are soft. Allow the water and the tomatoes to cool (the seasoned water is used in this recipe). Peel and remove seeds from the tomatoes...Pop into a blender along with your chili pepper and the seasoned water. Add the rest of the above ingredients. Puree until well mixed and smooth. Cool and serve.

My recipe for green chile ALWAYS gets rave reviews. Try it and see. Boil a few jalapeños in water. After a few minutes, add peeled and washed tomatillos. When they turn yellowish green, they're done. In the blender place the tomatillos, a clove of garlic, diced cilantro, and pulse. Add the jalapeños in a few at a time to taste. Instead of salt, add powdered chicken boullion such as Knorr to taste as well. Hope you like it. :)
