see we are getting married soon and he has been snicking out in the day and not comin back until like 3:00 a.m should i call the wedding off or what please help me

He is obviously hidding something from you. There's something he doesn't want you to know. I would postpone the wedding until i know exactly what he's up too. Afterall, this is a wedding, you'll be spending the rest of your life with this guy. So be careful.

He is definitely intimidated. You have three options.
1. Confront him with the truth and ask what he really wants.
2. Call off the wedding witout a second chance.
3. Get in his face and demand change. Don't be afraid to back anything up that comes out of that choice.

If I were you I would confront him right away ~ ask him what he is doing and if what he is saying isn't good enough for you ~ tell him so. Tell him you don't appriciate it and that you are thinking of calling off the wedding. This is where you guys need to have a conversation and decide together what you want to do.

You need to speak honestly with him. If you know him at all, you should be able to catch him in a lie. However, if you feel he is cheating, confront him and call it off if it's true. No use wasting your time when he is out living it up.
