I think you mean God the holy Father. If you want a physical address the closest thing i can give is that of Heaven, "for it is God's throne" (Matthew 5:34). No one in the Bible ever prayed to anyone else in Heaven by God. But if you mean how can i reach God, then perhaps the best Biblical "address" would be John 3:16; "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
For "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation [perfect and final payment] for our sins" (1 John 4:10).
Therefore, if we truly repent and believe and ask the Lord Jesus to save us, we can not only be forgiven of our sins which separate us from almighty God, but we can know God now spiritually and dwell with Him for eternity in the Holy City of God (Rev. 21, 22) .
