Most times, if you spell something wrong, you won't get a translation

If the word was written in the Cyrillic alphabet, the "U" is really the Russian letter "ts", like in "tsetse fly", and then it would be pronounced "tsk-tsk-ts", similar to a child imitating a steam train. A Russian onomatopoeia is my guess.

Did you by any chance mean "Uh ty" (Ух ты)? If so, the expression basically stands for surprise (wow, cool), being surprised by/pleasantly informed of someting. Example: Ух ты! У тебя новая машина! (Wow! You got a new car!)
