You are wrong. He is the guy out of ZZ Top. His name is Billy F Gibbons. He was the person in both episodes of
"The Man in the Fallout Shelter" and "Stargazer in a Puddle".

I wouldn't do it just for the hell of it, but for 10 dollars I probably would. I'm thinking it probably smells like old soup and whatever other food items might have fallen in there.
