I have light mounting brackets that have rusted out and all the torx bolts rusted out as well. I have new light mounting brackets and have removed the rusted bolts, but cannot find new bolts made for the Jeep.

Torx is great for Jeep - It came that way for a reason - easy to tighten won't strip.

Get them from you jeep dealer or read the link below and learn the nomenclature for what you need and order form a parts house, off road shop or even a mill supply house.

Does it have to be a torx bolt? Just make sure the thread and length match up. If it does need to be torx go to the Jeep Dealer.

First off please do not put torx bolts back in! at least use alan head bolts, PLEASE!

ok next forget lowes or home depot, you need to look in your yellow pages for a hardware supplier. We have one call jugenhammers and they have a store front you can go to and just show them the bolt and in 5 mins they come out with ones that fit perfectly and are much stronger than the old ones.

might be a bit more but worth every penny!
