I was doing a clown gig the other day at a kareokee bar and met a nice lady. She told me that she would never date a clown and the only way she would even consider it is if I jumped in a septic tank and swam in it for an hour.
Well, I took her on her word ( there were witnesses ) and I went to a local trailer park. I opened up the community septic tank and jumped in there in front of everyone,.
They all laughed at me and called me names. After an hour I got out and took a shower at the trailer park community pool.
I went back to the bar and showed her proof that I did as she asked me and now she says she changed her mind and that im crazy to even think she'll date me.
From my understanding we had a parole/verbal contract with each other with several witnesses. Can I legally make her date me and make her my girlfriend?
What legal recourse do I have? Will being a clown hurt my chances in court as well?

don't go too far with it.. you'll just give her what she wants and she'll just get a rise out of it. what is the reason why you guys haven't liked each other? the issue seems to go far back and i guess you can't really change something like that. ask the principal if you guys can have a conversation to "clear up the issue" and try to find a way to resolve it, that way the principal sees that you aren't a bad person and maybe somethings might get fixed or you might find out why she has this passionate (obsessive) anger towards you. i'm not too familiar with your situation but maybe she likes you...? i have seen that happen. just a possibility! or maybe she might get some wrong idea, but sooner or later you'll figure it out. you sound like a smart girl and i'm pretty sure people will NOT get the idea that you would want to kill somebody... unless you do seem like that. overall i would just keep your distance from that girl and if things get worse then ask to have a conversation with the principal in the room. don't do anything to cause attention... try to let people around you know that you wouldn't do something like that... don't go starting rumors or saying anything about it, but more hints that you are a good person but don't try to act too innocent. if that made any sense! well good luck i hope i helped

NO. But you could try to profit on the situation by putting the septic tank swim in your clown act at the circus. Think positive, and remember if you can't think positive you can always test positive

Give her a big huge poopy hug. Or... dunk yourself in the septic water before court and use a lot of hand gestures with each exclamation -- create a shower of nothing good. Maybe it'll force the judge to make a hasty decision in your favor. The bailiff sure as hell wouldn't want to touch you.

Absolutely, you can sue her, the judge will find in your favor and force her to go on a date with you.
Maybe he will suggest a nice place to go, like an outhouse built for two. Just make sure your seat isn't too big, you don't want to fall into that hole again and come out smelling something like your story does.

Your best bet is to wear the clown suit when you go to court. It will make you look dignified. Why give up at a girlfriend, sue to make her your wife.

this is a contract for love. contracts for love are not valid therefore it is not enforceable. ps i hope this is a question for school or one to make fun of people on yahoo answers and not real
