Wait or move-on. If he is interested in you he will end his other relationship and be in touch with you. If he told you he likes you then he's not a loyal person.

just back off.....thats all you can do. you can like him, flirt w/him whatever, but DONT cross the line. you'll end up hurting ur crush and also extremely pissing his g/f off!! find someone else...that's what i'd do. would you want someone doing that to YOUR boyfriend (if you had one?)
