i've heard that using sardines is a good way to go to catch catfish. is this true?

the problems with sardines for fishing is that they are packed in oil and are very mushy. you might try drying them out in the sun and see if that helps

Shoot, I thought you were talking about real cats, not catfish. I would imagine a can of sardines would be good to catch a four legged cat, though.

hm? i never heard that but it sounds like it would work good since it does give off a god awful smell. but u also my want to put it on a treble hook along with a chicken liver.
