Im also 19, however, she looks stunning i mean really stunning with blue eyes and brown hair and im sure there alot of the guys who com onto her whilst she is serving on the counter. i c her alot whilst im getting a pumpkin seeds or somthin but i don't know how to approach her . becuz im a stranger

I basically don't wanna freak her out, im just curious to know what she's like as a person .

Just start slow. Every time you go in make small talk and flash a smile with plenty of eye contact. Then she will get to recognise you and work up from there, but if you rush in she will probably be scared off. Don't just give your number to one of her colleagues because you will look childish. Hold back till you two are talking regularly and then ask her personally.

I'm an old fella now,but many years ago I used to go into a shop near where I worked, I really fancied the girl in there.It took me weeks to pluck up courage to ask her out , when I finally got round to it, she rolled her eyes and said " Thank God, it's taken you long enough!". my cousin works in asda,hes always tellin me how he chats too all the ladies etc..

what you need too do is get friendly banter going with her..
you could when she serves you start ov by sayin hi how are ya? ask her hw her day is goin..etc..etc

den when you go in next tym she will remember you
soo your conversation can develop slowly..
thats when you get 2 know small stuff like her name,wt she gets up spare time etc..etc
