i used dap to resume but it corrupted the file by incresing the size of 329.33 to 333 mb can u belive it dap sucks

No point, as the file is already compressed as an installer, you need to use a download manager that can resume the download later.

What's win2003? Do you mean win 2000 or office 2003?

www.microsoft.com should have it in all formats including zip
