I just always think about what a tremendous gift life really is and reafirm that I won't ever take a single breath for granted or throw it away by doing something stupid. I use that to help me get through the tough times when I get the urge to go back to old, bad habits. I always feel proud afterwards that I made it through.

I truely believe in seizing the day and the moment, making the most of opportunity.

Carpe diem.

I also have quite a quiet objective outlook and I also believe in doing the right thing. The same as you, I question as to whether things really matter in the grand scale of things.

But my strongest belief is 'what goes around, comes around', as has been proved to me so many times over. I don't bear maliace or grudges, it's simply not a decent use of my time and energy, I just wait for people to get what they deserve and it never fails, whether its waiting day months or years. Good things can't come from negative, so if bad things happen let them be and get on with life.

Not a mantra, per se, but something with the same use. I don't know why, but if I lace my fingers together like I'm praying it relieves an amazing amount of stress.

Put it into context. When your having a bad day, tell yourself. "Smile it confuses people" you just gotta kick butt and fight your way to the surface again, sometimes it's hard, but tell yourself... in a few days/weeks/months etc, will ti really be such an issue?

Keep smiling, just remember your happy/healthy and have a fab hubby. your vcery lucky xx

Hi:

Yes I do have one. It is just basic and simple, but it gets it's point across to me.

"Never give up and never give in"

Thanks for asking.
