I know they are good for your insides.But what is the difference?

Red tea is caffine free, green tea has some caffine but not as much as orange peko or black tea (the normal teas served i restaurants. Red tea is closer to an herbal tea than anything.

Green tea is mainly Chinese or Japanese and is from Camelia bush. Red tea is rooibos and is from Africa. There is absolutely no caffeine in red tea.

One is red and one is green! They come from different plants. The pigments in the leaves change the color.
