A psychiatrist is a medical doctor. You have to go to medical school and then get specialized training in psychiatry.
You can google the profession and you will finds sites that will tell about different working conditions...hospitals and private practice are the two major ones.

I don't know why you want the information but I doubt there is such a site.

Hour by hour schedule when each psychiatrist sets their own schedule.

College degree - that is easy. You have to go to medical school and then have at least 3-5 years of further education and residency in psychiatry.

Salary varies on private or public practice. Most make more than $100 per hour on contract or in private practice. Sessions are billed on a 45 minute hour to insurance companies, with the last 15 for clinical notes and insurance paperwork.

Vacation, sick leave, etc., hey get real. If they are in private practice they make decision about vacation and don't see clients so don't make money. Sick leave is a beauracratic thing not part of private practice. Yes, if the psychiatrist works for a hospital or mental health center, not under contract, those benefits would be part of the package including health insurance.

IF you are thinking of going into a profession for the money, think again. Psychiatry, mental health professions, is more of an attitude (a calling) where people go into the field to help others, not to get rich. How do I know, because I worked 30 years in the field of mental health!

You need to find out these thinsg yourself if you want to be a psychiatrist. They need a sharp mind for their work. First comes empathy with their clients. If you start asking for payments benefits and so on you better search for another job

Don't bother. You have to be intelligent to become a psychiatrist. You have to be able to write reports that people will understand, and judging by your question, I think that is an impossibility for you.
