i am babysitting this weekend for a co-worker of mine. the only problem is...i dont have any kids nor does my sister... which means, i have no nephews or nieces. i dont babysit for family either... i honestly don't know how to keep the children entertained... anyone have any ideas? they are ages: 6, 7, & 10 months...
i dont even know what to expect!!
please help me...

I have a 7,4,3 year old. My 7 year old loves to do art activities like coloring books or making differnt projects the 4 year old would probably enjoy the same thing because the older sibling is doing it. The 10 month old will play with age appropriate toys, and play peek a boo and things like that. If the weather is nice go outside, and play some outdoor activities and if you can take them to a park.

Bake some biscuits before hand, and take some decorations with you and let them help you decorate it. Like sweets and treats.
Some paper with a nice variety of things they can past, cut, pain and draw.
Bubble bath, a winner, most kids can play in the bath with bath toys and bubbles for hours. (not leaving the 10month alone with water)
I am sure there Mother will also plan some things for them to keep them busy, maybe a movie or something.
Kids love playing with grownups, it usually don't matter what games, and a lot of roll playing will probably happen.

6/7 year olds like to play games. Watch movies. Play pretend. The 10 month old will need most of your attention. Read too them and just have fun.

At that age they are into what ever and all you have to do is be nice and play with them and there toys and keep them interested and they wil be good , but let them know who is the boss or they will drive you nuts and you wont have any control over them. That age is interesting and they are cute and like to be loved and made to laugh. Good luck

if it is nice out take them out side to play. ride bike and do some art activities. After they play out side put in a movie to settle them all down.
