you drink it instead of eating a meal . I tried it once lost a lot of weight but gained it back when i started eating food . not a permanant weight loss . good luck .

You can buy it at your local Wal-Mart, and most grocery stores as well. If I remember correctly, they usually keep it by all the other "diet aids" and things of that sort.
I will say though, I have a hard time understanding how anyone would be able to keep the weight off afterwards. I mean, drinking a shake doesn't teach you how to eat right.. It just teaches you how to open a can, and spend your money on their product. I'm not saying that you wouldn't have success with their shakes.. What I am saying, is that if you don't make the lifestyle changes that are so important for permanent weight loss.
I do wish you the best with your weight loss goals, but I really believe that you would be better off if you would just change your eating habits, and get plenty of exercise. That's what will keep the weight off.. not some shake.

I lost 40 lbs in 3 months about 3 years ago using slim fast.
You can find it at any grocery store, target, walmart.
Buy the kind already in cans. (Easier)
I drank one every morning as my breakfast. Sometime I would substitute lunch for one also. I walked at a fast pace on the tread mill for 30 - 60 mins 3 - 5 times a week. The weight came right off.

Slim-fast does work and it works well if the directions are followed carefully and there is a good exercise regiment following that on a daily basis.

yes i do. it works if you use it right. most done. you must skipmeals and only drink the slimfast. You can have there scank between too. then a normal size meal for dinner. if you eat with it you will gain wieght.

It is still sold in stores ...so people still use it or they wouldn't stock it. you can get it at Wal Mart...CVS..Rite Aide...most grocery stores....
I hear it works but I can't stand the smell or the taste so I personally don't know.
