Deer, I would go with a 30-06 or a .270.
Turkey, You need a shotgun 12gauge or bigger. I shot a Bennili 12 gauge and it kills turkeys at 40 yards no problem. make sure you have a good choke for the shotgun and a good scope for the rifle, that makes all the difference in the world. GOOD LUCK

Not big? Wasn't a record 1,000+ lb. boar taken in Florida recently? Anyway, no rifle truly suitable for deer and boar will serve you well for shooting wild turkey.
Since you mentioned boar, let's forget the .243 (which is the minimum deer gun, but on the small side for the larger boars). That leaves you with three real possibilities in the standard calibers, the .270 Winchester, the .308 Winchester and the venerable .30-06 Springfield. Of these I would chose the .308 if I could only have one rifle because of the availability of army surplus ammo and with ball ammo you might have some turkey left after shooting one with the .308. The best all around round rifle is really the .30-06, so consider that one if ammo availability is not a factor.
Remington recently resurrected the original short magnums, the 6.5 Remington Magnum and the .350 Remington Magnum in the 673 Guide rifle series. Either one will work for deer or boar and these are fairly compact, handsome rifles.
So there you have it. Select the one that's right for you.

Winchester Model 1894, or Marlin Model 336 in .30-30 WCF. My preference is for the Marlin, it is easier to scope. The .30-30 WCF has probably killed more deer than any other cartridge.
Other good choices would be the Marlim Model 336 in .35 Remington, or the Rossi M-92 SRC in either .357 Magnum or .44 RemMag, if you don't handload, get the .44 RemMag.
Are you sure it is legal to hunt turkey with a rifle in Florida? I know Alabama and Mississippi have shotgun only rules for turkey.

A 30-30 lever action is a good rifle for deer and black bear (smaller large game that have thin skin). It's well rounded and is easy to use. It doesn't have a large recoil and the tube magazine holds about 7 rounds. I have a Marlin 30-30 336C model, I love it. Rounds are usually 150grain to 170grain. The ammo is traditionally smooth tipped (so that they don't cause the round in front of them to fire in the mag) and mushroom a lot, these have a large drop rate at longer distances but are good for shots under 100 yards in heavy brush. Although Hornandy now makes a 160grain pointed bullet with a polymer tip that is rubbery, so this prevents this accidental firing in the mag. These Hornandy rounds are good at medium rages for between 100 and 200 yards because they have a flatter trajectory and longer range due to the pointed shape. The lever action cycles through the ammo at a fast rate depending on the user. They have iron sights but can be fitted with a scope. With the top ejecting models I would suggest not using a scope, I would use a side ejecting model for mounting a scope. On a further note I would suggest see-through mounts. It's a good dependable rifle and I would highly suggest it.

.30-30 should do. It's not the "flavor of the week", but it's been working great for about 100 years, now. I'd really suggest you go with a 12 gauge shotgun (full choke) for turkeys. As for the .30-30, I suggest the marlin 336 lever action. Not much recoil. It's also available in .30-06. This fast handling gun will allow quick follow up shots on a charging bear or boar. If you shoot a turkey with it, use full metal jacketed ammo, and head shoot them only. Check local laws, as turkey hunting with a rifle is not legal in all states.

go with a "H&R handi -rifle"single shot and you can get several barrels for the gun, I would go with a .243 for deer if your hunting open areas, if hunting in brushy cover go with a 30/30 (horndary has the new lever revolution 30/30 so they have turned the round into a flat shooting 200 yard round) then get a shotgun barrel for the gun (the factory has to fit the barrel) and you can get either 20 gauge(make sure that it will shoot 3"inch shells) thats all you would need for turkey, unless you FEEL THE NEED for a 12 gauge
go with the H&R handi-rifle and you can two guns for almost one price...... you can spend some good money on the optics now..........
for deer hunting if you feel the need for a semi-auto just remember the second shot is not likely to hit if you missed the first shot and the third is just a hail mary pass......

You don't need anything powerful for deer no matter where you are. There's a famous gunmaker in South Carolina who thinks the 280 Ackley Improved is the best cartridge, and he'll sell you one of his Beanfield rifles for about $4000. For my money, I'd make do with a Remington 700 in 7mm08, and the only question I'd have is whether to get one of the standard rifles or the Mountain rifle for still-hunting hogs.

I know that some are going to skoff at this but I would go with the Rossi matched set you can get 50 cal muzzle loader, 12 guage, and 270 win....These are all exchangable on the same from......I personally have the matched "pair" 22 cal 20 guage and I wouldn't sell it for anything....The guns paid 4 them selves in the 1 year that I had them.........With the 50 cal you could easily hunt deer and boar, 12 guage 4 turkey and the 270 4 long range boar and deer hunting.......The only problem that some see is that it is a single shot, I prefer them that way I know that I only have one shot so I have to make it count, in the field you usually only get one chance anyway............Plus here's the thing that sold me at 1st...the price, you can pick up the matched set 4 about $275.00--$325.00 depending on who you get them from.......That's actually getting 3 guns 4 the price of one........They may not be the flashiest of guns, but they sure do the job quiet well.......Check it out at rossiusa.com......Good luck.....
