How is it Bush's Hurricane. You may hate the guy and that is fine. But I didn't know he controlled the weather.
As for your question, you should never invited strangers in your home. If you are as enlightened as you claim to be you should have just donated money or voluntered.

Three words.
Kick.
Them.
Out.
After all they've been through, if they are spending your money, assaulting your family, and disturbing your home, then they are no heroes. They are just a bunch of sad men who probably didn't have a life before the hurricane and now, because of their "poor katrina-guy" status, they can go back to that lifestyle. THEY ARE USING YOU. Ask them to leave, and if they refuse or threaten you, call the cops when they aren't paying attention or go to a neighbors house. Note that they didn't leave your property when asked, they aren't supporting themselves, and ESPECIALLY the sexual assault. Do not let this go on any longer. They might be hurricane victims, but mooching and taking advantage of you is nothing close to "hero" behavior. PLEASE KICK THEM OUT! Good luck.

You idiot! You talk like George Bush turned Hurricane Katrina on New Orleans.
New Orleans would have been fine if Ray Nagin and the rest of the city government had used money appropriated to keep up the levee system to do that job rather than embezzling it or spending it to get re-elected.
As for your guests, enjoy them. If you've not yet learned, you will learn that most of the folks whining for help after Katriana were thugs and trash. The very people you liberal idiots have been enabling for decades. I hope they eat you out of house and home and get your house raided as a drug hangout.
If you let those animals stay in your house after they sexually assaulted your daughter, you wife OUGHT to kick your *** out along with the New Orleans trash.
One more thing, New Orleans did not catch the full force of Katrina, the Mississippi Gulf Coast did. Our governor declared the area a disaster area even before Katrina hit in order to start Federal Aid paperwork. He also had National Guard units mobilized and ready to go as soon as the weather settled.
Furthermore, Mississippians, black and white, got off their asses and helped each other. They worked, thy shared, they went beyond the call of mere duty to help people with less than they had. They got their chainsaws and pickup trucks and went to clear roads, tho dig out survivors, and recover the slain. They did not rape, rob. loot, and otherwise pillage the businesses around them. They did not sit on their asses whining that the Federal Government isn't doing enough to help us.
Up yours! You are a Liberal, ask Hilary Clinton for help, and see how long you have to wait before she kicks her constituents out of your house.

I commend you for helping these victims but they are not accepting the help and they are causing you so much harm. um, please put those men out of your home now!!! especially if they really sexually assaulted your daughters. You need to put them out fast and in a hurry. Give them information over shelters and kick them out. What you really need to do is call the police on them and make a police report for the fact that they sexually assaulted your daughters. If they are damaging your home, your life, your family and your family's life then they need to go! You knew the answer to this question before you even asked it. If you want your sanity and your family back then kick these men out. They will be okay. There are shelters they can go to.

this is a no brainer question..there is no doubt that the people who suffered from hurrican katrina need help and you are an amazing person for letting those people live with you, BUT you need to kick them out or help the find someplace else to go since you care so much. You were nice enought to let them into your house, you let them spend your money, and they repay you by acting like a bunch of assholes. THEY SEXUALLY ASSUALTED YOUR DAUGHTERS, i see that you are a great man by letting them live with you but you need to put family first, i mean if they sexually assualted your daughters that is a crime! you need to report them to the police, seriously you can't let them take advantage of you and if you really care for your family you will kick those people out.
It is literally tearing your family apart and your doing nothing to stop it. just because they had to go through hurricane katrina doesn't mean that they are heros, because these people are definetaly not heros if this is how they repay you. KICK THEM OUT AND REPORT THAT THEY SEXUALLY ASSUALT YOUR DAUGHTERS, ITS A NO BRAINER!! DON'T LET YOUR FAMILY FALLAPART FOR SOME UNRESPECTFUL AND UNGRATEFUL SEXUAL ASSAULTERS!!!

it sounds like the men and women who you invited over are using you. What you need to do is take a stand for your family. Yes, you were wrong but you had goood intentions. you aren't a very good father for letting your daughters be sexually assaulted. You need to tel the people you invited to pull it together (and not drink, smoke, play rap) or they'll be kicked out into New york City. You'll send them back home. if they don't pull it together or if they threaten you kick 'em out. They abused and used you. They exchanged good for evil. your family doesn't deserve that. then you ned to talk to your wife, and tel her that you are soorry but you had good intentions. You aslo need to apologize to your daughters and protect them as their father.
New Orleans may ned help, but next time pci a better family to invite in your home.

Heroes? How is a man a hero merely for surviving a hurricane? What kind of hero spends YOUR money and traumatizes your daughters for life.It doesn't sound like you're enlightened at all. It sounds like you have a misguided sense of duty where these people are concerned. Get them out of there NOW

What in the world do you mean by letting them stay there this long? You have a responsibility to your family. You tried to help them and they have taken complete advantage of you. You should have kicked their a***s out a long time ago. Sure, they had a touch time because of the Hurricane but you will have a tougher time if you lose your family.

You need to open your eyes and figure out that your family is more important then some people off the streets. If they don't have enough respect to find a job and start establishing themselves after you tried to help them then they need to leave. Its that or your family. I guess you will just have to choose If I was your wife I would have left a long time ago.

You should not be impatient. Just relax and first think positive that now you are going to turn your destiny. Strongly believe in your new resolution. The more firmer you are the more quickly you get the result. So don't get frustrated and believe positive. Pray for good thing to happen in your life from now on and also resolve to do good to others. Start feeling positive and pray for all. Talk to your wife and talk to everyone whom you feel negative. Talk with resolve in your mind with your stronger belief that you will make them positive. Be prepared for it and start from this moment. You will certainly gain everything what you have lost and also something more. But don't forget to share with those who need it most.
