I just don't seem to have much energy these days. I work 8-10 hours a day (on my feet) and then I work out at least 1-2 hours everyday. However it is a struggle cause I just feel like I don't have anything. What should I do? This has only really been going on the last two weeks or so.

Have you been going through a spiritual battle? Spiritual battles wear you out even though it seems like you are doing nothing to cause being worn out. Spend some time in prayer and ask for God to give you His rest. (I will too my brother in Christ) Make sure you eat plenty of protein. It's very necessary when you're going through spiritual battles.

try eating every 2-3 hours small meals- that way body has enough energy when it needs it and doesnt have anything extra to store in fat reserves. have complex carbs for breakfast and first half of the day - they give body energy. drink water - at least 8 glasses a day (you might need more). also you can get B vitamin supplement in pharmacy - it gives energy. also - body needs to rest at least one day a week so it can repair itself.

I don't know what your eating habits are, but try to incorporate as many fresh fruits and vegis as possible into your diet. Also, try taking a Vitamin B12 Supplement. Ever since I started taking them regularly I've had quite a bit more energy to get me through all of my daily tasks and activities!!

Sounds like you are burned out ....and you still have a sore knee that I bet is still giving you a little problem.The body must rest.And you are the only one that can give it the rest it needs.Maybe you should see a sports doctor so he can check out your diet,exercise program and general health.He can then get you on a program just right for you.One that will do the most for you.Even God rested on the seventh day!

eat healthier or this could be lack of vitamins, so take a vitamin pill =]
