I worked in an office, as a telemarketer. Anyway, there is this girl who cleans the bathroom. When she scrubs the urinals on her knees, I like to run in and pee in it while she is cleaning, so my junk is right by her face! It is a fantastic laugh. She gets so mad but I don't care. However, I have to run in and go fast cause she quick moves away if she sees me. Last week I was running in and I tripped over a bottle of cleaner she left and my groin hit her in the face. She flipped out and told everyone! I was fired for sexual harrasement and I may even get charges on me! It isn't sexual at all, I just like peeing in urinals when somebody is cleaning them! Can I sue her or the business for my legal fees or for my pain? Also, she NEGLIGENTLY left the cleaner on the floor.

Even if you hadn't hit her in the face with your little guy what you were doing is still sexual harassement. You were constantly shoving your thing near a girl's face (and peeing). I know you didn't think it was sexual, but you liked the fact that your thing was out and she was on her knees.
To me that sounds sexual, and it might have felt that way to her too. It's not only about how you feel- it's about how it makes her feel- and clearly you were degrading her (that's why it was a great laugh).
So it's sexual and you were degrading her, and you were exposed- that's pretty clearly actually sexual harassement and you should have been fired.
If you sue you're going to get hit with a countersuit so fast your head will spin.

I don't think you are going to win with this for wrongful termination. If you laughed at her and she didn't think it was funny, then yes it could be viewed as harrasment. Sounds like you have done it to her several times while at work. I would suggest you move on and find something else. Your case lack legs.

you should feel ashamed man .. that was really low.. peeing in the stall while someone is trying to clean it.. like its clearly she doesnt find that as amusing as you do so why keep on doing it? it would be ok if she enjoyed it as much as you did but from what im hearing she was discusted.. "she gets so mad but i dont care" like honestly you deserve what you got. Now that you got fired see who cares... see whos laughing now.. shes probally laughing her a.ss off lol... I would be.

You got what you deserved...you had no biz doing that in the urinal when you knew she was cleaning...that was disrespectful and low class on your part you looked unpro sad creepy loser. She was ignoring you at first, but it seemed she set you up a trap to catch your trashy butt & i hope she sues you now

Yes sue her for leaving dangerous stuff on the floor, then sue whoever fired you for firing you for something that was her fault.
Don't say anything about her getting mad at what you were doing and if she says anythin about it say it's a toilet, you should be alowed to pee in it.
