Hi, I am 19 years old and am 5'7'' and weigh 145 lbs. I would like to lose 20-25 lbs and I cant! I have dieted and exercised I eat about 1600 calories a day. I had my son 9 months ago and have lost 20 lbs since giving birth. I think I am plateauing. I have daily access to a treadmill. Please help me out with your suggestions!

if you were losing weight and now have hit a plateau you might want to change your daily workout routine, you can do interval cardio on treadmill (go slow then fast, slow, fast etc). also you have to do light weight training to not lose muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism).
when you do the same thing every day body gets used to it so its good to switch it up.
