It should work fine, except for the parts of the oven that actually run on 110 like the clock, if they do. Technically, American 220 is not 2 phase as the "phases" are not out of line with each other, it is 220 1 phase with one measured with respect to the other. It is delivered as two 110-120 volt lines measured to ground 180 degree out of phase with each other.
