Occasionally, yes, it is appropriate to be rude.
1. There is a fire in the building and people won't leave. Rudeness can emphasise your sense of urgency. It can convince people of your earnestness or stir those who have gone "Thrall" in the situation.
2. As social emphasis. When the Preacher uses profanity, people tend to pay attention - simply because he has never been profane before.
3. IN return for continued rudeness. These are very rare circumstances, in most cases the proper response for rudeness is polite, but emphatic resolve. However, if it's your bed time and you have to go to work in the morning and someone has refused all your suble and/or polited entreaties. then maybe it's time to say "Hit the highway"
4. IN casual social settings. A farting contect is hilarious in the right circumstances - ask a five year old.
5. As social sanction. As a group, we use this to train people how to behave. Sometimes it's necessary to isolate a repeat offender (I don't want to spend time with someone because of this behavior of there -which is pretty rude) or to show them by example how their behavior makes you feel. It is done in the hopes of making the person more socially acceptable and thus including them in the larger group. When doing this, at some point you need to explain why you have done this.

I was blocked by slow-moving cars (one on each lane) while I was trying to go somewhere yesterday. When I had a chance, I passed them like a banshee out of hell. Was I wrong?

If you could put this in real English, I'll be happy to answer your question, but as it is I don't know what you're trying to say.

I believe in God, and because of this, there is no need to be rude to me because of it.
Cheers for clearing this up
