Brindle is striped. Generally a fawn or red background with black or brown stripes.
Flashy refers to the amount of white on the body (including face, chest, legs). It cannot exceed 1/3 of the body's colour or it is outside of the breed standard.

Boxers can be loaded with health problems if not bought from a responsible breeder - be sure to take the time to do your homework and ONLY buy from someone who is trying to improve the breed. Dogs should NEVER be bred solely because they are AKC, from Champion Lines, great pets, or anything other than to try and create the perfect dog.
Good luck to you!

I've never heard "flashy" brindle, but brindle is a mix of black/brown/gold/red. Some brindle dogs have white on their chests, perhaps that is what's meant by "flashy"...?

Brindle is the tigerstripe type pattern. "flashy" means the striped pattern and the white markings are in an eye catching pattern.

Brindle is striped.
I have a pit bull that's brindle.
He's light brown with darker brown stripes.
I'm not sure what flashy means, I think it's the amount of white on their chest, though.
This is the youtube video of my Pit Bull, he's the one without white on his face or back. [As an example of brindle]

And by flashy, they probably meant eye catching, striking, high-contrast or gorgeous. :)
