How old are you? Are you a male or female? How tall are you? And your race...these are all questions that have to be answered until I would be able to give your some weight loss tips. I am an RN (Registered Nurse), and am willing to help you if you can give me this information, otherwise I don't feel comfortable "possibly" giving a 5'11 caucasion female that weighs 150 pounds weight loss tips...but help on gaining weight, or better eating habbits. i chanced on the e book to be very informative and uncomplicated to envision. i've got lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm in simple terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too without postpone. i'm going to confess i haven't observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet generally) and doing little or no exercising, however the load keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it might scare the residing daylights out of me via volume that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the counsel. i've got in no way bought something like this in the past because of the fact they are many times crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start off at present!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
