I'm to answer this as though I hurt, not just someone I loved, but God.
I love God and I hurt him all of the time. I do things that displease him and so this is what I do when I hurt him.
I ask forgiveness of my sins. After he's forgiven me then I forgive myself. Once I've done that I give more than 110% at not making that same mistake again! That's all any of us can do. We have to apologize and pray for forgiveness and then must not keep making the same mistakes! :) Hope it works out.

I would apologize, and say that you are deeply and truly sorry, and that you know what you did was wrong, and that you know if you were them that you wouldn't want to talk me you either, but u want them back. Say how ur sorry once more, and tell them to take time to think about it. Then you wait. And when you get back together, (and you will because no one can resist that kind of apology, unless you like killed her mom or something.) make sure that you try your hardest to keep things good. (I assume that this is you significant other.)
I hope this helps.

you can apologeis and try to talk to this person and make sure that she/he knows that you didn't mean to hurt her/him , and one time someone told me the ones that love you so much have the right to not forgive you very easy when you hurt them .....but it doesn't mean that there is nothing you can do , i personally when hurt someone can't sleep untill i confront the person and talk everything through .....so first think about what you wanna say and just try to make things right again...i hope it works for you

If you are talking about being unfaithful, it is a very very hard thing to overcome, but it can be done with professional help. If it is something else, honesty and regaining trust is a great effort but will pay off in the end.

First you have to forgive yourself for hurting them, then you must apologize to them. You have to do it quickly, you can't put it off or it may never be the same.

If you really loved this person you wouldn't have hurt them. Hard to answer your question without details.

let it die down a bit and then apologize like you have never done before and hope they forgive. sometimes you just can't forgive though(depending on what happened).
