To be an Athiest, one would have to have INCREDIBLE faith. To look around and see the design nature of things and still deny takes GREAT faith...and 2 parts ignorance.

Sadly, atheists do exist in real life. They are in denial and usually have some where along the way been turned against God, not by their own observations but by someone explaining their theory of "no creator". Believing isn't seeing, touching or knowing, it is just feeling. When you pray and accept Jesus you can feel him and that is more than anyone can ever explain to you. That feeling can not be found in any book, theory or religion. God is not a logical explanation, that is why it requires so much faith to believe. And great is the reward of those who believe without seeing!!

Of course Atheists exist...they are all around us. Indeed it is the new religion of the coming New World Order. Soon we will all be forced to deny God. They are only one amongst many groups here now that are the enemy of the Messiah...He will take care of them when He returns soon. The Atheists simply put WILL NOT exist in the next life....they will be the ones crying for a do-over on the day of Judgement.

You were correct to point out his errors of judgment.
Atheists do exist. They do not believe in any god/s. The people who deny jesus as god are not just atheists, but all non-christians.
What one man claims is not necessarily truth. It is unfortunate that a man of the cloth would spread such ignorance.

Show me in God's Word where the Lord uses the word atheist. It doesn't because it is indeed a man-made term orchestrated by satan to make people think that they don't believe; When in fact, the knowledge of God is built within them from birth ( Romans 1:19-20 ). They " choose " to deny it, thereby they willingly deny Christ. The pastor was right. You are not.

I never denied that Jesus existed. He very well could have. But coming back to life? NO. Making wine out of water? Not unless he had fermented grapes with him! =)
He could have existed, but I don't think he did any "miracles". (And since when is giving people wine a miracle? they do that at most parties. o_O)
-slaps self- Ouch. I exist.

What does a pastor know about reality? Ask someone who does not believe in fairy tales. Does that mean Islam is in denial of jesus?...Or are Xians in denial of Mohammed?

I've heard many pastors say things even in opposition to the Bible. Do I blame Christ for mans errors--no.
