Sadly no American TV really is long over due for a HEROES network showing shows like that Robin Hood, William Tell and Superman, Long Ranger, Hulk and even Land of The Giants and Time Tunnel
There were more then enough of these time of shows to warrant a network

TV Land and Nick at Night on cable. You might want to check on the availability of these shows on DVD for purchase.

All I can think of is the Nickelodeon offshoot channel, TV Land. It's all vintage tv shows. I don't think they have either of what you asked about, though. Last I saw, they were showing Bonanza, I Love Lucy, Dick Van Dyke, Bewitched, and more recently they have shows from the 80s and early 90s.

TV Land airs Bonanza and Gunsmoke. I think that's about as close as your going to get. I don't know of any channel that airs the shows you mentioned.
