You could do it like a taco salad, only instead of that taco shell, use the potato for that. Pour on salsa, some ground beef or chicken, corn, pinto or black beans, some guac, salsa...even that cheesy dip you heat in the mircowave?

To top fries, I always like chili and cheese.

how bout some of that fresh grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese and some marinara? Like spaghetti fries? Ha! Ha!

I like the standards; sour cream, bacon, chives-its just all good. subsitute ranch dressing for sour cream and green onions for chives and ham for bacon...yum!

Now Im hungry for baked potatoes and I dont even like them that much!

Clarified butter, and chopped chives. Infuse the flavor of the chives, by letting finely chopped chives steep in the hot butter for five to seven minutes. Pour the mixture over the baked potato, and enjoy.
Clarified butter is butter that has been heated over low heat until the solids separate from the liquid butter.
For fries I like chili, and cheese.

A Mexican potato is really good: jack cheese, salsa, and a little dollop of sour cream. As far a fries go, I am usually a purist. Fries are good with malt vinegar and some sea salt. If you do not mind the "CARDIAC BUSTER" on your fries Chili with Sharp Cheddar is really good. YUM!!!

For a baked potato, I like either chili and cheese and sour cream, or lettuce and cottage cheese (weird, I know, but it's good!). For French fries it's dipping them in ketchup and sour cream. Yum!

I like to saute a chopped onion in butter and top my baked potato with that, and sometimes cheese too! Preferably a mix of cream cheese and Monterey Jack. Plus salt and lots of black pepper.

I eat my fries with only salt, not too much of it.

My favourite topping might be well ol' ketchup, however I additionally like poutine a bit of, and I additionally love to dunk my fries in tartar sauce. That is going as far back as my high school years whilst it used to be a fad, and I have appreciated it ever on account that.
