I say Amen at the end of a prayer, and Halleluyah sometimes when praising God.

First of all, what do they mean? The meaning of the word Amen is "so be it" or "surely". The Hebrew root word from which it is drawn ('a-man') means "be faithful; be trustworthy."
In the Hebrew Scriptures the word is used as a solemn expression to obligate oneself legally to an oath or covenant and its consequences (Num 5:22; Deu 27:15-26; Ne 5:13), also as a solemn expression to subscibe to an expressed prayer (1Ch 16:36).

Now HALLELUJAH appearing first at Psalm 104:35. It is translated "praise Jah, you people." The expression occurs 24 times in the Hebrew Scriptures, it introduces and/or concludes the Psalms in which it is found. (See Ps 112:1; 115:18; 146:1,10; 147:1,20; 148:1,14; 149:1,9; 150:1,6.)

When I pray I say "Amen."

Both. Amen means - no doubt or nothing doubting. It refers to a state of mind where there is total believability.

Hallelu YAH is worship, it's praising YAH -- God! So I won't Hallelu me, or Hallelu you, but Hallelu YAH -- God.
