Yoga is not bad for Christians and it is not gay for a man to do Pilate's. (a man, invented Pilate's) If yoga is bad for Christians so is any type of marshal arts.

a - yoga is a form of excersize and breathing techniques and highly beneficial
b - how sexist and biggoted to think that a man cant do excersize

what do you consider gay........b/c he likes to do pilates that makes him like men? I know pilates gives you a toned butt and thighs but I did not know that it made you a homosexual too.

yoga is very good for all kinds of people
you should try - it's basically just stretching exercises and at the end you get to have nice lie down
beats aerobics!
