the "Ctrl-H" answer is great, but you need to be aware that it is quite possible that you won't be able to see ALL of the sites that have been viewed. This is due to the fact that 1) if you have more than one "web browser" -- like internet explorer, netscape, mozilla, firefox, opera, etc -- available on your computer, each browser will have their own "history" log.

The most feasible way to keep track of this is at the point where your internet access comes into your house -- either at the router (DSL or cable modem) or at the company that provides your internet. Call that company and they may be able to help you keep track or control access to sites in the first place.

Please keep in mind though that NONE of these methods are perfect. If someone knows how, they can get around any way of tracking or blocking.

from the toolbar ( bar uptop) and find history. If you have IE7, if you click on the yellow star on the toolbar at the top , there is a history tab there too.

Use Ctrl + H to see history.
