Your Bishop and his counselors and why they seem to always "not get it right"? Or the explanations they give in church just don't add up? Why "revelations" have been changed?

You are in violation of the Brethren's admonition against 'Thinking":

"One cannot speak evil of the lord's anointed... and retain the holy spirit in his heart. This sort of game is Satan's favorite pastime, and he has practiced it to believing souls since Adam. [Satan] wins a great victory when he can get members of the church to speak against their leaders and to do their own thinking."
"When our leaders speak, the thinking has been done. When they propose a plan--it is God's Plan. When they point the way, there is no other.."
Ward Teachers Message, Deseret News, Church Section p. 5, May 26, 1945

"Always keep your eye on the President of the church, and if he ever tells you to do anything, even if it is wrong, and you do it, the lord will bless you for it."
President Heber J. Grant "Conference Report" Oct. 1960 p. 78

"When the Prophet speaks the debate is over".
N. Eldon Tanner, August Ensign 1979, pages 2-3

"Follow your leaders who have been duly ordained and have been publicly sustained, and you will not be led astray."
Boyd K. Packer (General Conference, Oct. 1992; Ensign, Nov. 1992)

Now, flog thyself until thy mind is right with god!

I have had issues with at least one bishop before, but it certainly didn't affect my beliefs in the church. Bishops are far from perfect beings and can have as many weaknesses/flaws as the rest of us. The fact that lay members are called to serve leads to this occurrance. My current bishopbric are all retired ancient guys who can't relate to anyone under 60. I tried to talk to the bishop and he gave me a cookie cutter response that didn't really answer the question. Oh well. Another bishop I had said something to me in private that I didn't agree with and I told him. I also told him once that I believed he was acting outside of his authority. Of course, I did this with respect and in private. I later discussed any personal issues with the stake president.

You can't judge the curch by it's members, including the bishop. There are probably people out there who could give you the answers you're looking for (or maybe you don't want answers because you have already made up your mind). I'm not sure where you're going with the "why 'revelations' have changed" thing, but throughout time God has given commandment or direction to do one thing only to change it later. If you question why he may have decided to change or go in a different direction you can only look at the change and see if there is a reason for it, or ask God in prayer about it. Only through the Holy Spirit will you find an answer (per the Bible). Look into the faith as to why things change, because looking to those outside the faith for explanations certainly won't give you the right answers. I have had my ups and downs and have confronted many Mormons who were not perfect. However, I have also had very clear confirmation from God that what I believe is true. Good luck with whatever issues you're facing.

A bishop and his counselors are no more or less knowledgable about church history than anyone else.

Not to mention that what you might think are "revelations" are not revelations at all.

Since I became a christian, it is great to see REAL prophets, who are not psychics and can prophecy about God's will for someone's life and tell them to go check it out with God (pray about it) after giving them a prophecy, and then to see the prophecy come true. I am not talkign about wordly, (for the entire world) future events, just godly, small events in a person's life.

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plaques which are written in this book:

And if any man shall take away from the words of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

Or why they feel they need to "add to" scripture?
