No. You have only gone out three times. Plus, if you are doing something school related, save the flirting for another time. It will happen when you are both ready. Don't rush it or you will end up disappointed if he doesn't want to kiss you yet.

How old are you? Because it sound's like your young.. and you should be going to your parent's for this kind of advice..... Education is first.....boys should come after college.... that is my advice and I am a parent...
