How many windows XP home ed. users have a problem with the controls for the background/ Wallpaper?

What problems? I have Window XP Pro which is basically the same thing.

No problems with wallpaper with XP Home SP2.

What is the problem youre having? Did you download free themes and screensavers from the net (almost all are malware)? Is it just some setting you need help with?

My backgrounds quit working on me, too. I can only have it as solid colors on xp
