Havarti is my bff, but I also love munster. Despite these preferences, all I ever buy are lowfat swiss and 2% milkfat pepperjack for sandwiches and baybel for a red wine snack. Maybe I should get some havarti ...

It's a toss up among Greek feta, and English stilton. I love the more potent cheeses. Sadly I've long gone vegan for lent so are not able to devour cheese for a different three weeks. I relatively omit it! Can reside with out chocolate however cheese is relatively problematic to quit. First factor I'm going to devour on Easter Sunday is a significant wedge of stilton with crackers.

I love brie. This cheese is a complement to so many things. for example, take one flour taco shell on top put pieces of brie and slices of mango. then put another shell over the top. in a skillet put olive oil . fry one side golden brown then the other place on paper towel to drain. sprinke with parsley then cut into fours serve hot. brie makes me think of summer wine, fruit and the company of others.

Only one? I loooove a nice creamy brie or an aged, sharp smoked cheddar. Oooh creamy goat cheese is to die for as well. I also love a good parmegano reggiano or asiago for risotto. I love cheese!
