The Roman gods went on a holiday and when they got back, Jesus had taken over and rearranged everything. They said, "screw it, these humans are a mess anyway, he can have them" and they went back on vacation.

Your whole question shows lack of knowledge about everything you mention.

1) Jesus was a Jew because the Israel was supposed to share God with those who were not acquainted with Him. They failed. In the book of Isaiah (I am sure you have heard of the Bible) we are told that the Blessing of Messiah would be a blessing to all people, not just Jews.

2) There is no mythological story that Dionysus ever got drunk himself, he only encouraged debauchery.

3) If Apollo had slept in, we would have no sunshine since he pulled the sun across the sky with his chariot.

Check your sources next time.

John 1:11-13 " He came to his own country, but his won people did not receive him. Some, whoever, did recieve hime and believe in him; so he gave them the right to become God's CHILDREN. They did not become God's children by natural means, that is, by being born as the children of a human father; God himself was their father."

This means non-jews have the priviledge to accept and believe in Jesus, in order to receive salvation. This is a gift from God, because non-jews or gentile, did not deserve salvation. So, all non-jewish people, if they did understand would accept Christ now.

According to the Bible, the Jewish people were waiting for a messiah, who will come and liberate them from political rulers. At that time, Israel had divided and was ruled by many foreingn rulers. The prophets Isaih and Daniel predicted that there will be a messiah, who will be born in the city of David. The jewish people rejected and did not believe that Jesus was the son of God. The Jews are still waiting for a messiah.
Jesus believed that the pharises, the Jewish priest were hyprocrits who pretend they were living by the Law. When Jesus said he is the SOn of God, they " thought that he was part of the zealot group, and was acting against the law of Moses. As a result, the Jewish priest wanted him to be killed.

How did you wind up with a body? Exactly you dont really know...but Christians believe that Jesus was sent here by God to save ALL of mindkind, not just the jews. The only reason why the dirty jews got him first was because they claimed to be God's ppl. But then they murdered god's only begotten son. then they rejected his salvation. so its sort of like a slap to the face for God. But Judaism is totally different from Christianity. Christians follow both Jesus's and God's teachings.

A Roman Captain came to Jesus pleading for his healing touch upon his soldier and saying that all Jesus needed to do was utter prayer for him. This impressed Jesus enough to widen the scope of His healing to everyone, not just Jews (Matt 8:5-12 NIV).

A Canaanite woman showed great faith in front of Jesus, who proclaimed He was sent only "to the lost sheep of Israel." Henceforth, Jesus proclaimed anyone, not just Jews, can achieve salvation through Him with the faith showed by the Canaanite woman.
(Matt 15:24-28 NIV).

Paul took the show on the road. The 'Passion Play' was a hit, and has been on tour for centuries. As we speak, arrangements are being made for the original cast to have a come-back production (guess where)...critics are trying to get an interview with Zeus, but he seems to be on hiatus...his co-star too...

It seems the Jews didn't want Him.

Apollo and Dionysius never had a chance against the real McCoy.

Well, he wasn't really sent anyway, he was just a Jewish prophet in the holy land, who deciede to call himself the son of God, and in doing so set up a cult with followers, just like all religions start out, with some dude and a bunch of followers.

Saul of Tarsus went on a trip to Damascus. He developed the idea that if he changed his name to Paul and told the disciples he was with them now and not against them, they would trust him. Then he told them of his vision of a movie screen unrolling in front of him, and sure enough, they believed him.

Then he went to Rome.

It was a Jewish conspiracy. They let us steal him. Knowing we would feel sorry for them and end up defending them in the end. BB
