Well rearange the house and let them run around the house so she will get used to the house. Then she may find a nice cool place to stay or a warm place that she likes and if it doesent work then move all the toys and beds and all the cat stuff into a nice spot by a window. They like to look outside and watch the birds and other things in the trees. it make sure there is something for the kittens to do. If you put it by the window they can be more cooler or warmer whatever they like. If your cat likes cool air then put them in front of a fan not a air conditioner because it will make the kittens cold.

WAIT until their eyes are open at least [ shouldn't handle baby kittens before then.]
Move something from the 'birthing box' along with other clean rags [ old towels, etc. ] to a box in an area where mama will feel safe, and has access to food, water, and litter box. Make sure mama is comfortable with you handling kittens, and do it in her prescence.
A closet or corner of a non-busy room would be good - that's probably why she had them in a bedroom.
If she doesn't like her new quarters, she may move them again, but this doesn't happen unless she is unhappy or her babies are in danger.

Silly cats they tend to do this to annoy people who don't really like cats a plot I think to convert the unwilling. I had a cat who once got on my mom's bed to deliver a litter my mom hated cats and still does. Seriously though if this is a domestic cat you should have no trouble moving them to a closet in your room as long as you do not bother the babies and you try to take some of the bed she is on now with them. You may feel safe move them now.

Any time now, just make sure they have soft bedding and a decent box, that the mom can climb in and out of. Remember the best thing you can do for your cats is to get them spaded and neutered, talk with a vet, there may be a program in your area, where there is a program to spay and neuter animals if you cannot afford it. You will have a happier, and more loving pet
