Naw, just cruise by when he's out playing this summer, he'll notice. And if he doesn't, then you don't make a fool of yourself if he doesn't feel the same. I think keeping in touch would be OK, but life is going to change so much in high school. I would hold off telling him you like him for now at least.

No it would be cruel. You aren't going to be able to spend time together since you're going to be in different schools. Also, you probably won't be as interested next year since there will be so many other boys in high school.
