Tú quieres (or "Ud. quiere") ir a ver peces mañana. (in the aquarium)

First at all, your sentence is incomplete. You must write "You want to go to look at fish tomorrow"

Second, the translation is "Tú deseas ir a mirar peces/pescados mañana"

there are many ways to say it:

(casual)¿QUIERES IR A VER PECES MAÑANA?
( Do you want to go look fish tomorrow)

(formal)¿QUERRÍAS IR A VER PECES MAÑANA?
( Would you want go look fish tomorrow)

(most formal)¿TE GUSTARÍA IR A VER PECES MAÑANA?

we also can say it in (usted) form, which is more formal yet:
