Hi Pupil size is an autonomic reflex which means you have almost no control over it. Some drugs will make the pupils larger and some will make them smaller (sorry, Grace Slick). But the light getting to your retina would be incorrect. I would not worry about them.

If they weren't dilated by an eye doctor or the light didn't do it; maybe you should call your eye doctor and ask what could do it. Did you take a medication that may have dilated your eyes. One of the side effect?

They should go down anytime now. The eye drops last longer on some people and you must be one of them. There are drops to make your eyes feel better so if the discomfort becomes too severe or they don't go down in the next hour then call you ophthalmologist.

You're in the dark too much!! Try spending some time in the sun, this will fix the problem, if not, go to the eye doctor.

You need to be checked by a doctor as soon as possible , u could have injured your head. Call a doctor or get to hospital with your parents or friends
