I have heard it said that 2 out of 3 posts on this board are against God and Christians. And that alone is just more reason to me that God is real. He said the world will hate you because they hated me first! I don't claim to live a perfect life because I am a Christian just as you don't live a perfect life by your personal morals (derived from the bible at any rate whether you like it or not). I don't shove my religion down your throat and i dont knock at your door. God is my Judge and I am not yours. Your are in a msg. board wanting to talk about it. I dont say that God is the only answer and that we dont need to educate ourselves. The more I look at science the more i realize how complex we are and how awsome my Creator is. Man cannot know all the answers...what is beyond the universe...actually think about it? And still you can be certain that there is no God because why would God cause pain on this earth? As I've said before, Is the difference between us and God greater than that of us and a bear? Then imagine a bear in a trap and a ranger who out of sympathy wants to liberate the bear. He tries to win the bears confidence but the bear will not give in. So he has to shoot the bear full of drugs. The bear, however thinks this is an attack and that the ranger is trying to harm him and doesn't realize its out of compassion. Then, in order to get the bear out of the trap he has to push the bear into the trap further to release the tension of the spring. Had the bear been conscious he would have been even more convinced that the ranger was out to hurt him. But the bear would be wrong because he is not a human and cannot fully understand. Likewise we are not God and cannot fully understand the things that happen to us on this earth, but even the greatest pains and the toughest cancers will not compare to the life to come if we place our trust in God.

Why is it so difficult for you to understand that's your OPINION? Why are you unable or unwilling to allow other people their opinions? The majority of the planet doesn't agree with your opinion on how the world began/your god. Just because YOU believe something to be right, that doesn't make it so!

To be fair you do put it better than most Christians, but it comes down to there being too many things I can't buy about your religion. If there is a God, you would be right in assuming that we could not fully understand something like your religion describes, but it would also be true that we are being held back from the answers on purpose, not necessarily though because we couldn't understand them.
Truth is you can't just keep answering questions with "God did it" or "we don't understand why God did that" and start answering questions with real life logic.

I agree with you 100%. It's funny to me how many people in this world are out trying to DISPROVE God. How many people are OFFENDED by God. How many people BASH God and anyone who believes in him. We are looked upon as idiots because we believe in things that are unseen. Because we have faith in the evidence of things that are unseen. Yet they are blinded by their own pride and arrogance to look around them and realize that this world has a creator, and that creator is the Almighty God. They try to come up with explantions and reasoning to prove that God does not exsist, yet on the same token they don't provide us with irrifutable evidence that he doesn't exsist. They believe that if you can't see it, feel it, touch it, taste it, or witness it, then it does not exsist. They would rather rely on science which is constantly contridicting itself through the ages. But the word of God has been constant since the beginning of time. And the word of God is the ONLY word that has never flurished, never changed, and never fades away. They refuse to put their trust in a God that created them and they refuse to allow themselves to turn their lives over to him because they feel that they are in total control. What fools to believe that they are in control. When man can create the universe from a single cell organism... or when man can create a human being with a conscience to know right from wrong... and when man can show my evidence that this world is here because of "chance and circumstances", I will stand strong and believe in GOD.

We are not attacked by mature atheists. What we have in this section is immature bottom of the barrel bashers and trolls, most likely none of which is over the age of 15, considering how ignorant most of their posts are. Just ignore them. This is an answer in the form of question.
Here is what we know: God revealed himself through his prophets. In that revelation, we learn that God existed before He created all that we can observe.
God is spirit. We worship him in spirit and in truth.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one gets towards the father except though him.
I could go on, but my point is made. Christianity does not need Christians to defend it (that includes you) but for Christians to live it. Jesus asked his disciples to teach all nations, not to convert everyone.
God revealed himself through his prophets. If you want to know what God revealed, read his book.

actually, ANYONE in religion are easy targets...
because, Universal Truth HAS eliminated religion from Spirituality,
so............................
when people in religion start to say anything about their religion, we just say: PROVE IT, Spiritual LOSER !

depends on how victims react when attacked and how attacker respond when counter-attacked.
If their heart breeds the demons of anger, hatred and irrationality amidst a confused argument, then there is a question of 'enlightenment to the real message and meaning behind christianity', not 'the enlightenment to the text or words used to justify christianity'

I don't pretend to know the answer, mankind always wondered about it's origins and what surrounds it. Personally, I don't believe God (Or any other supreme Being for that matter) is the answer.
