Love-hate, good-bad, smart-dumb, ... are opposites and most people has some of each. We know this by observation.
Your way of life does not remove one from another. Just like you are not all love; you are not all hate. You have both, one may be more than another.
Answer: You can not pick when you have both.

love brings unity and compassion. It also brings peace among others. Love is also what Jesus talke about. LOve your neighbor as thyself. when you love someone, your heart live in peace. But when you hate someone you are constantly worried and and can't live a peaceful life. Love is bond that keeps a group or a couple together.

What I love about questions like these is that people answer as if though some one might trully choose hate....
like if some one might say, "Hate is what I live by..." and trully mean it.
